I hold a master’s degree in School and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the San Buenaventura University. My experience includes working with immigrant children and their families, individuals struggling with alcohol and drugs use, co-dependence and domestic violence. I facilitate domestic violence, anger management, and addiction’s recovery groups and feel strongly about the importance and benefit of group support.My approach to counseling is holistic, I consider how physical, relational, emotional, vocational, and spiritual aspects of functioning affect your ability to live according to your personal values.
