Our external supervisor, Dr. Jose Maria Artadi, M.D., psychiatrist and our clinical supervisor, Ms. Yarelie Calo Gobea, provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy services to persons who experienced injuries while performing a job. The diagnostic assessment will include a diagnosis, a treatment plan, progress notes, and Collateral Contact Notes. We will also review you medical records and history of your work-related accident
After completing an assessment, your therapist will work on a treatment plan and recommendations for your case.
