I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia. I am a trilingual therapist (Spanish, English, and Portuguese) graduated with a B.A in Clinical Psychology from Spain. I graduated as a Mental Health Counselor at Argosy University in Atlanta. My specialty is in couples and adult individual therapy working from a Family Systems and Brief Solution Focused approach.

I enjoy working with my clients from a client-therapist collaborative and positive approach. Besides my clinical work, I use Mindfulness Meditation to help my clients to live a more calm, present, and compassionate life. Part of my work is to teach educational workshop to the general public and my clientele about Mindfulness and different psychoeducational topics.
